SMS Terms
Last updated October 28, 2026. These terms explain how text messages work when you deal with Aplos AI, or with a business that uses Aplos AI to send you texts.
Who sends the texts
AplosVR LLC, doing business as Aplos AI, sends text messages for itself and, on behalf of its small-business customers, to people who contacted those businesses. When a text comes from a customer's business, the message names that business.
What you agree to receive
You get texts only after you contact a business or Aplos AI first, for example by calling, texting, requesting a quote, or submitting a form that includes the consent line below. Typical messages are a reply after a missed call, a reply to your own text, a follow-up on a quote you asked for, and appointment or service coordination. We do not send marketing blasts.
Consent line shown on forms
"By providing my mobile number, I agree to receive text messages from Aplos AI, or from the business I am contacting through Aplos AI, about my request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
Live opt-in form
The working opt-in form is at aplosai.com/text-us. The checkbox starts unchecked, and the visitor must check it before the form can be sent. It names Aplos AI, states that message frequency varies and that message and data rates may apply, explains STOP and HELP, says consent is not a condition of purchase, and links to these SMS Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Example of the consent wording
This is the opt-in step on the quote or booking forms of the businesses that use Aplos AI. It is a labeled example and does not submit anything. The checkbox starts unchecked, and the customer must check it to receive texts.

Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@aplosai.com or 770-355-3168.
Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Aplos AI does not charge you for texts.
Your mobile number
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell your mobile number. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our messaging provider processes texts on our behalf. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
