Why we exist
Aplos exists because businesses have too much software and too much manual work.

Aplos is a father-and-son team. When you hire us, you're talking to the people scoping the work and writing the code. No account manager in the middle. No offshore team you never meet. We're based in Atlanta and work with businesses across the US, and if you're in the Atlanta metro we'll come scope the job in person.

Cofounder
Jay has spent decades in enterprise technology, spanning sales engineering, solutions architecture, and cybersecurity, at companies including Dell, EMC, HPE, Delta, and Veracode. At Aplos he makes sure security is never an afterthought: every system we build is designed to be safe from day one, not bolted on later.
Zachariah Mithani
Cofounder
Zachariah leads engineering and oversees the creation of every Aplos project. He's been working with generative AI since the day it went public and builds many of our apps, integrations, agents, and custom systems himself.
Why we started Aplos. Talk to any small business and the story's the same. They're paying monthly for software that almost fits, stacking subscription on subscription, and still doing most of the manual work by hand. Every project is scoped in hours before we start. You approve the scope. We build it. The price doesn't change. No hourly billing surprises, no scope creep that doubles your invoice.
You own everything
The automation runs on your accounts, your API keys, your infrastructure. When we're done, you get a Loom walkthrough and a written handoff doc. You can modify it, hand it to someone else, or leave it exactly as-is.
A clear path to launch
Managed products use a defined setup. Focused custom integrations commonly take 1–2 weeks, multi-step workflows 4–6 weeks, and larger platforms use milestone delivery.

We build directly against your APIs: custom code, custom data models, custom logic, with nothing generic sitting in the middle. Voice AI, scoring engines, intake portals, reporting systems, decision automation, full internal tools. Runs on your infrastructure, or hosted on a platform you own and control. No per-execution fees, no monthly license, no vendor lock-in. You get the code.
Integrations
If your tool has an API, we connect to it. ServiceTitan, Jobber, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Clio, Stripe, Salesforce, Monday, Notion, and any other platform your business runs on. If the tool you need doesn't exist, we build it: custom CRMs, intake portals, internal dashboards, reporting engines, whatever the operation requires.
