We build automation so you can run your business,
not your inbox.

Why we exist
The average service business owner spends 2–3 hours every day on work that has nothing to do with their actual service. Chasing invoices. Following up with leads who went cold. Manually sending appointment reminders. Building the schedule in a spreadsheet and texting it to the team one by one.
The tools to fix this exist. Some of it is custom code: Python, Node.js, APIs, databases, AI agents built against your stack. Some of it is workflow platforms like n8n, Zapier, and Make. All of it works when it's built right. The barrier is never the software. It's knowing what to build, what to wire up, and what logic to apply. Most owners don't have time to learn it. Agencies want a retainer. Freelancers disappear.
Aplos AI was built to close that gap. We scope it, build it, hand it off, and walk away. You own the automation on your own accounts. No subscriptions to us. No lock-in. See real results from actual builds, or check out our pricing.
Founder
When you hire Aplos, you're talking directly to the founder: the person scoping the work and writing the code. No account manager in the middle. No offshore team you never meet.
Zachariah Mithani
Founder
Zachariah is the engineer. He's been working with generative AI since the day it went public, and he builds every Aplos project. Apps, integrations, agents, whatever the build calls for.
Why I started Aplos. Talk to any small business and the story's the same. They're paying monthly for software that almost fits, stacking subscription on subscription, and still doing most of the manual work by hand. I started Aplos to offer a different deal: scope it once, build it custom, hand it over. You own the code. You own the accounts.
What makes us different
Every project is scoped in hours before we start. You approve the scope. We build it. The price doesn't change. No hourly billing surprises, no scope creep that doubles your invoice.
The automation runs on your accounts, your API keys, your infrastructure. When we're done, you get a Loom walkthrough and a written handoff doc. You can modify it, hand it to someone else, or leave it exactly as-is.
We move fast because we've built these before. Most builds are live within 2 weeks of signing the scope. No 6-month agency timelines. No "we're still in discovery."
Our work
We've built automation for HVAC companies, law firms, dental practices, real estate teams, restaurants, e-commerce stores, and dozens more. The tools change. The pattern doesn't: identify the repetitive task, connect the right tools, test it until it's bulletproof, hand it off.
How we build
Our default is direct custom code against your existing APIs: nothing sitting in the middle, no per-execution fees, no vendor lock-in. Workflow platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) are a fallback we reach for only when visual orchestration genuinely fits the build better than code. Everything runs on your own infrastructure by default; if you'd rather have it hosted, you choose the platform and own the account. Any tool cost that's unavoidable gets disclosed before you sign the scope. If you're weighing visual-workflow platforms for your own evaluation, read our honest breakdown of n8n vs Make vs Zapier, or browse our automation guides by industry.
