Background

Before founding Aplos AI, I spent years at HPE, Dell, and EMC working on enterprise infrastructure — the systems large companies rely on to run without interruption. That experience made one thing obvious: the gap between what enterprise software can do and what small service businesses actually get is massive. Owners of dental practices, HVAC companies, law firms, and agencies end up doing in spreadsheets and text threads what a proper workflow could handle in minutes.

Aplos AI closes that gap. I scope every engagement in hours, quote a fixed price, and deliver the software or automation running on the client's own accounts and infrastructure inside 1–2 weeks for most automation builds (longer for custom software). No retainers. No monthly fees. No lock-in. When the build is done, the client owns it.

What I write about

I publish honest comparison guides to the software service businesses actually use — CRMs, practice management systems, booking tools, invoicing, POS. Every comparison is written from the perspective of someone who has wired these tools into real client stacks or replaced pieces of them with custom code, not someone aggregating vendor marketing copy. Pricing and features are verified on a specific date and sourced directly from the vendor.
