   Intake Form Webhook

   Catches the POST from your intake form. Point Typeform, Tally, Jotform, or your web form's submit handler at the n8n webhook URL after you activate the workflow.

   Parse Intake Fields

   Reads client name, scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables out of the webhook body. Falls back to sample values so the workflow runs end-to-end before you hook up the real form.

   Generate SOW — OpenAI

   Uses gpt-4o-mini to write a structured Statement of Work in markdown: Overview, Scope of Work, Deliverables, Timeline, Investment, Out of Scope, Acceptance Criteria. Costs about $0.001 per SOW.

   Send to PandaDoc

   POSTs the generated body to PandaDoc with your template UUID and recipient. Same pattern works for DocuSign. swap the URL and auth header.

   Notify Owner — Slack

   Posts a message to the channel you choose so the owner knows a new SOW just left the building.

   (Optional) Log to CRM

   Add an HTTP Request node after Slack to push the deal into HubSpot or Pipedrive at the proposal-sent stage. Five minutes of work, much cleaner pipeline reports.
