The AI automation
agency Atlanta
actually owns.

Aplos AI is an Atlanta-based studio that builds custom AI automation for local businesses. Fixed price, scoped in writing, single builds delivered in 1–2 weeks. When we hand it off, you own everything: no retainers, no monthly fees to us.

Built in Atlanta, for Atlanta operators

Aplos AI is listed among the Top AI Companies in Atlanta on GoodFirms. We are a service-area business covering the full Atlanta metro, from ITP shops to the northern suburbs.

Our client work includes a delivered lead-to-install automation system for an Atlanta sign fabrication shop: quoting, follow-up, and job tracking connected end to end. Read the case study.

Every build is custom code and direct API integrations against the tools you already run. No platform migrations, no templates dressed up as custom work.

Fixed price. No hourly. No retainers.

Single automation
$2,000–$5,000
One focused build
A single workflow that solves one specific problem: missed-call text back, invoice follow-up, review requests. Delivered in 1–2 weeks.
Multi-tool system
$8,000–$25,000
Several tools, one system
Multiple platforms connected with real logic: intake, follow-up, invoicing, reporting. Typically delivered in 2–3 weeks.
Custom platform
$40,000–$100,000+
Full stack buildout
Custom AI platforms and full operations systems, scoped and built as one project with a fixed quote before work begins.

Every price is fixed in writing before we start. You own the finished build outright: it runs on your accounts with no monthly fees to Aplos. The underlying tools cost roughly $20–150/month, paid directly to the vendors. Full details on the pricing page.

Atlanta industries we serve

We show up in person

Most automation shops are remote-only

You get a Zoom call, a Slack channel, and a build scoped by someone who has never seen how your shop actually runs. The gaps show up after delivery, when the workflow does not match the way your team really works.

We meet Atlanta clients face to face

For metro-area clients, we scope on site: we walk your process where it happens, with the people who run it. The scope document reflects your real operation, not a form you filled out. Prefer a call instead? That works too.

Four steps, no surprises

1. Free 30-minute audit call

We walk through how your business actually runs and where the manual work piles up. You leave the call knowing what is worth automating and roughly what it costs, whether or not you hire us. No deck, no pitch sequence.

2. Fixed price, scoped in writing

Before any work starts you get a written scope: what gets built, which tools it touches, what it costs, and when it lands. The price does not move after that. For systems in the $40,000+ range we run a paid Scoping Sprint first, credited in full toward the build.

3. We build it

Single automations are live in 1 to 2 weeks. Multi-tool systems run 2 to 3 weeks. You see progress as it goes, and the build runs on your accounts, not ours.

4. Handoff, and it is yours

You get the working system, the documentation, and the keys. There is a 30-day window where we fix anything in scope for free. After that you owe Aplos nothing, monthly or otherwise. The only ongoing costs are the vendor tools it runs on, usually $20 to $150 a month paid directly to them.

Across the Atlanta metro

Where we work

Aplos AI is a service-area business based in the Atlanta metro. We regularly work with businesses in Atlanta proper, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Decatur, Dunwoody, Kennesaw, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Buford, Smyrna, and the surrounding counties: Fulton, Cobb, Gwinnett, DeKalb, Forsyth, and Cherokee.

Outside the metro

Most of what we build is delivered remotely anyway, so being outside Atlanta is not a blocker. We work with clients across the US. The in-person option is a bonus for metro clients, not a requirement for anyone.

Questions Atlanta businesses ask us

How much does AI automation cost in Atlanta?

Every Aplos AI build is fixed price and scoped in writing before work begins. Single automations run $2,000–$5,000. Multi-tool systems that connect several platforms run $8,000–$25,000. Full custom platforms and AI systems run $40,000–$100,000+. No hourly billing, no retainers, and no monthly fees to Aplos. The tools that run the automation cost roughly $20–150/month, paid directly to the vendors.

How long does a build take?

Most single automations are delivered in 1–2 weeks from a signed scope. Multi-tool systems typically run 2–3 weeks. Everything is scoped and approved before any work begins, so you know the price and the timeline up front.

Do you meet Atlanta clients in person?

Yes. Aplos AI is based in Atlanta and we meet metro-area clients face to face for scoping when that is easier than a call. We serve the full Atlanta metro as a service-area business. Remote scoping calls work too if you prefer.

What kinds of Atlanta businesses do you work with?

Mostly service businesses: HVAC and plumbing companies, law firms, dental practices, construction firms, auto repair shops, and signage fabricators. If your team spends hours each week on manual admin work across tools like QuickBooks, Jobber, Clio, or spreadsheets, there is usually something worth automating.

What happens after delivery?

Every build includes a 30-day fix-anything window: if anything in the original scope breaks or misfires, we fix it free. After that, most clients need nothing. If you want us watching your automations, optional Monitor and Optimize support plans are available at monthly pricing, but they are never required. You own everything we build.
