    Catches the Twilio StatusCallback when a voicemail finishes recording. Twilio sends RecordingUrl, From, To, and CallSid as form-encoded body fields.

    HTTP Request — Download Recording
    GETs the RecordingUrl as binary using your Twilio Account SID + Auth Token as HTTP Basic auth. Output is the mp3 file ready for transcription.

    OpenAI Whisper — Transcribe
    Runs the binary through Whisper. About $0.006 per minute of audio. Most voicemails come back as a few sentences in plain text.

    OpenAI GPT — Classify Urgency
    Feeds the transcript into gpt-4o-mini with a system prompt that returns urgency (emergency / same-day / routine), intent, and a callback priority of 1, 2, or 3. Tune the rules for your vertical.

    Posts caller number, urgency tag, intent, and full transcript into your team channel. Add a Switch node before this to route emergencies to an on-call channel and routine messages to a quieter one.
